How long are videos kept?
You choose 30 or 90 days when you create a role. The retention period starts when the role's 30 day live window ends, so a role is deleted about 60 or 120 days after it goes live. An hourly job then deletes its videos, candidate details, comments and invite list. See the privacy notice.
Does ApplyReel score applicants with AI?
No. No AI scoring or emotion analysis is planned. People review answers and make hiring decisions.
Can applicants use their phones?
Yes, phone browser recording without a candidate login is planned. Camera and microphone permission will be required. Browser compatibility still needs live device validation before launch.
Is three minutes a hard limit?
It is a suggested total answer target. The proposed product lets employers set question limits from 30 to 120 seconds, so the full interview length depends on the questions.
What if video is not accessible to an applicant?
Employers should offer another way to complete the first screen and explain how to request it. A video answer should not be the only route to consideration.
